I’m semi-retired from the US Department of State and building an encore career based on my 25 years of professional experience. With my additional 12 years of experience in the finance, investment industry I help others and myself with building wealth solutions in the USA. Being academically educated and earning broad experiences living in totally three different societies with their own financial and legal rules, I see that the majority of people are not financially prepared to handle many life’s challenges nor have we been taught how to properly plan and balance for their financial future. Now time to transfer my knowledge and experiences, coach people who trust me improve their economic conditions within the network.

During his time in Africa, Tshishiku forged impactful partnerships with organizations such as UNHCR and Plan International Malawi, where he played a pivotal role in providing essential services to refugees. His focus on human rights, child protection, and addressing gender-based violence underscores his dedication to creating a safer and more equitable world for all.

Ms. Mutesi focused on aiding refugee and immigrant single parents, because—as a single parent herself—she knew their struggle and understood how much they need extra support to successfully care for their families. They need to be empowered and helped to face multiple challenges. Realizing that they need more support, she pivoted Ubumwe to a mission of empowering immigrant and refugee single parents to learn the skills they need to participate in the local economy, to be self-sufficient, and to flourish for the sake of raising healthy families.
